Il d\u00e9taille quatre pratiques, avec les connaissances, les outils et les ressources qui s\u2019y rapportent, que les fournisseurs de services des \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement postsecondaire peuvent adopter. En appliquant ces pratiques, les fournisseurs de services am\u00e9lioreront leur capacit\u00e9 et leur aptitude \u00e0 servir les \u00e9tudiant(e)s en situation de handicap qui sont sur la voie de l\u2019emploi. Notre premi\u00e8re phase de recherche nous a permis de d\u00e9terminer que ces pratiques, ainsi que les connaissances, les outils et les ressources qui s\u2019y rapportent, sont des mesures essentielles que les \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement postsecondaire doivent prendre pour combler l\u2019\u00e9cart d\u2019emploi qui affecte les \u00e9tudiant(e)s en situation de handicap :<\/span><\/span><\/p><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><div class=\"g-cols wpb_row us_custom_11e40cd8 via_grid cols_2-3 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_middle type_default stacking_default\" style=\"--gap:3rem;\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container us_custom_5fa3b94c has_bg_color\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><h1 class=\"w-text us_custom_165a8851\"><span class=\"w-text-h\"><span class=\"w-text-value\">1<\/span><\/span><\/h1><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container us_custom_e03e8e6b\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><h2 class=\"w-text\"><span class=\"w-text-h\"><span class=\"w-text-value\">Travailler ensemble au sein de votre campus<\/span><\/span><\/h2><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p class=\"StiffBody\">Cette pratique s\u2019appuie sur les connaissances et les ressources qui existent d\u00e9j\u00e0 au sein d\u2019un campus. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 elle, les \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement postsecondaire chercheront \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des points de connexion et des possibilit\u00e9s de partage des connaissances plus formels, afin que les employ\u00e9(e)s de ces \u00e9tablissements sachent comment satisfaire les besoins des \u00e9tudiant(e)s lorsque ces besoins ne rel\u00e8vent pas du domaine d\u2019expertise d\u2019un(e) employ\u00e9(e) en particulier. Les \u00e9tablissements peuvent d\u00e9j\u00e0 avoir des \u00e9changes informels, mais cette pratique leur permet d\u2019\u00eatre plus intentionnelles quant \u00e0 la collaboration au sein de leurs campus et entre ceux-ci.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><div class=\"g-cols wpb_row us_custom_11e40cd8 via_grid cols_2-3 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_middle type_default stacking_default\" style=\"--gap:3rem;\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container us_custom_602b1b48 has_bg_color\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><h1 class=\"w-text us_custom_165a8851\"><span class=\"w-text-h\"><span class=\"w-text-value\">2<\/span><\/span><\/h1><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container us_custom_e03e8e6b\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><h2 class=\"w-text\"><span class=\"w-text-h\"><span class=\"w-text-value\">Concevoir des \u00e9v\u00e9nements sur les choix de carri\u00e8re et de r\u00e9seautage accessibles<\/span><\/span><\/h2><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p class=\"StiffBody\">Cette pratique permet aux organisateurs(trices) d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements sur les choix de carri\u00e8re de les envisager, et donc de les concevoir, sous l\u2019angle de l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9. Dans le cas contraire, les organisateurs(trices) d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements laissent de c\u00f4t\u00e9 toute une population d\u2019\u00e9tudiant(e)s qui pourraient ne pas \u00eatre en mesure de participer et de s\u2019impliquer de mani\u00e8re significative dans de tels \u00e9v\u00e9nements.
